To double-check, are you two also seeing the 'Yaran Story failed' loop, even when attempting to exit the Story? Or does your progress get stalled as the two characters become stalled, but you may still leave the tale and pursue other interests?

The second billboard is located on Vacia Coast's southernmost point. The third billboard may be reached by climbing the digger in front of it. It is located near the fishing community at the foot of Promise Peaks. You must travel up the hill to the right of it and use the zipline to get to this one.
