made excellent options.
Some fans might find his personality grating, but C-3PO has a lot of hilarious quotes which make him distinct from other, more utilitarian droids for that reason. Despite the majority of fans finding his worrywart mannerisms endearing, a few think he's actually just a jerk. Soupsnakes4182 notes that "he doesnt help that much. And hes super abusive towards R2-D2 and Chewbacca." Dcrowl1192 counters with, "He's a protocol Droid, not a versatile astromech. He's a tool designed to consult on cultural relations." R2-D2 and Chewbacca are not only perfectly capable of putting C-3PO in his place, but the latter wouldn't have saved him in Cloud City if he was that useless.
5. Jedi Order
The Jedi Order was all about peace until the Clone Wars. Though a few Jedi survived Order 66 and the purge that followed, the Order as it was in the days of the Galactic Republic is no more. Their symbol of wings and what looks like a shining light
Star Wars Resistance Season 3 Reddit
"The First Order Does Not Tolerate Weakness." Kylo Ren only appears in Resistance during the season 2 finale, but he leaves an impression on the show despite his brief appearance. When Agent Tierny requests that he send reinforcements to fight the Colossus, Kylo Ren declares that the First Order does not tolerate weakness and Force-chokes her to death.
The first season of The Bad Batch has 16 episodes.
Season 1 of The Bad Batch has been widely lauded as the best first season of a Star Wars animated series, and IMDb concurs. If the show continues on this path, future seasons could challenge The Clone Wars' best seasons, especially if they answer questions raised by the first season.
Season 3 of The Mandalorian took a holiday break over the new year, but it is now back in full swing and on schedule. The next season of the show has yet to be announced, but if previous seasons are any indication, it will premiere in the fall of 2022.
People criticize it for having weaker character development because all of the characters are introduced during the film and then die, giving us little background. But I think they did well for the amount of time we had with each of them. By contrast, Boba Fett (for example), who had his own show, felt like he got less character development (I thought the Tusken Raider scenes were building up to that, but honestly, they didn't pull a lot from that into who he is as a person, imo). I have personal issues with almost all of the sequels and some of the new shows, and I'm sure some will agree with me while others will disagree. But I think it's difficult to deny that Resistance captures the overall feel and vibe of what Star Wars was originally all about at a level that Disney has yet to match.
Star Wars Resistance Cancelled Reddit
Even Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) was dissatisfied with how the Jedi Masters story ended in the Skywalker Saga. He died rather unceremoniously on Ahch-To while using the Force to aid the Resistance from afar, including his twin sister, Princess General Leia Organa Solo, and young Jedi Rey. The Last Jedi is widely regarded as the worst Star Wars film ever made. When Johnson's trilogy was not even mentioned during Lucasfilm's portion of the 2020 Disney Investor Day event, many assumed it had been canceled. And it appears that this may finally be the case.
The series, which follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch first introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, was renewed in August 2021, just before the two-part Season 1 finale.
Following the events of the Clone War, members of the Bad Batch, each of whom possesses a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew, take on mercenary missions as they struggle to stay afloat and find new purpose.
Darth Vader is one of pop culture's most recognizable characters. There isn't a single person who doesn't recognize him, even if they haven't seen any of the Star Wars films. So when Rebels announced that the infamous villain would appear in the second season, fans were ecstatic. Not only did James Earl Jones reprise his role as Darth Vader, but the show knew exactly how much to use him without appearing to pander to older fans. When the second Darth Vader faced off against the Ghost crew, you knew things were going to get heated. The best application was in the Season 2 finale, when Vader faced off against his former apprentice, Asoka. It was the most emotional battle in Star Wars canon since Luke and Darth Vader fought in Return of the Jedi.
Of course, if you've seen previous Star Wars films, you'll recognize almost all of the cast: all of the actors who brought your favorite characters to life will reprise their roles in the animated spinoff. Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron and Gwendoline Christie as Captain Phasma are among the cast members. Because this is not always the case, we say almost. Carolyn Hennesy voices General Leia Organa. Previously, Leia has been portrayed by several actresses, including Ingvlid Deila in Rogue One, Shelby Young in Forces of Destiny, and Carrie Fisher in the original Episode IV-IX. These are members of the recurring cast, and much of the main cast consists of entirely new characters and voice talents with enough press to rival Oscar Isaac. Christopher Sean stars as Kazuda Xiono, alongside Scott Lawrence's (of CBS JAG fame) Jarek Yeager and Myrna Velasco as Torra Doza. Other notable cast members include Jim Rash (Community's Greendale Dean) as Flix, Scrubs Donald Fashion as Hype Fazon, and Lord of the Rings star Elijah Wood as Jace Rucklin.
Is Star Wars Resistance Good Reddit
Regarding Palpatine's inclusion, Lauromafra stated: "That is, in fact, the worst aspect of the sequel trilogy. Palps' reappearance detracts significantly from Anakin/Vader. Plagueis should have been the name." The second part is interesting because Darth Plagueis had yet to appear physically in a Star Wars film, which could have been cool. Kylo Ren is improving.

Indeed, his old adversary's death, the emergence of an easily manipulated follower, and the promise of a potential vessel into which to transfer his consciousness were all excellent options.
I used to enjoy watching Clone Wars as a kid. Rebels featured some Clone Wars characters and wasn't as "kiddie" as I anticipated. I decided to watch Star Wars Resistance just for the lore and to see if any of the characters piqued my interest. However, the first few episodes were rather uninteresting. Resistance, like Rebels and Clone Wars, had a slow start; will it pick up later in the show? Is it worth it to sit through the "childish" scenarios for some lore? I'm 19 years old, and I think it's a little "childish" for someone my age. Thanks. Thank you for your responses, everyone! I've never been a part of a community that was so responsive and helpful!
