We stayed here so that we could see the Meteor Crater and the Petrified Forest. I regret that we did not have more time to investigate the latter. We had no choice but to take a cursory look before moving on. If you intend to visit, schedule a day there. Stone trees - incredible! I'll return one day for a more thorough examination.
