Dave Levey was a San Diego, California-based Executive Chef. He won Hell's Kitchen Season 6 due to his innate aptitude in the kitchen. This program puts competent above-average cooks through severe testing. During this process of elimination, Gorden finds who can handle the heat and who must leave his kitchen.
