Galatas 7-8

There is no other gospel.

Sermons, WM Punshon, p. 253.I. Take note of the important message expressed in the text: "Everything that a man semears, is also ceifar." We know that in nature, man cannot semear trigo and get centeio; he cannot pick up a palha and jog it alone, nor can he perfure it and wait for a safra from what no semente. Much less, if he threw away the seeds of what was pernicioso and venenoso, if he smear cardos, abrolhos, and espinhos, he could hope that the true fields would be covered with the promise of a rich harvest with which his celeiros would be rewarded.

i. The word sounds similar to fariseo, and the fariseos had no doubt about it: They were certain that they were set aside for God (Morris). To reveal his son in m: In Glatas 1:12, Pablo discusses how Jess reveals himself to l. (la revelacin de Jesucristo). But here's something different, and maybe more glorious: Jess reveals herself to Pablo. Dios wants to do more than just reveal Jesus to us; he wants to reveal Jesus in us.

Galatas 8 6

Once we have been saved by grace through faith in Christ, whatever good works we accomplish must be done through the new, Christ-given nature that we get at redemption, rather than the old, sin nature that was imputed to us because of our participation in Adam's first creation. We acquired an old sinful nature when we were born into that old sin-ridden universe. But once we are born from above, we become a member of a new, complete creation with a new nature and a new existence in Christ. The Lord completely and completely rejects everything and everything associated with the first creation and our old sinful nature. Any good actions done through our 'old man' are unacceptable to the Lord and will never honor His name. Any good works or activities performed in our original, fleshly sin nature, which we got from the first Adam, will never be recognized or approved by the Lord.

Galatas 8 5

Galatas 8 3

17 Yet I say this: Having been previously confirmed by God in Christ, the law that came four hundred and three years later does not invalidate the promise.18 Because, if the law is legitimate, the promise is not valid; but Deus, via the promise, has given Abrao freely.

And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, In you all the nations shall be blessed. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand unto Abraham,'saying, In thee shall all the nations be blessed. The Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and foretold the gospel to Abraham: All nations will be blessed through you.And the scripture, foreseeing, that God justifieth the Gentiles by faith, told unto Abraham before: In thee shall all nations be blessed. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all the nations be blessed. The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the Good News beforehand to Abraham, saying, "In you all the nations will be blessed."and the Writing having foreseen that by faith God doth declare righteous the nations did proclaim before the good news to Abraham —

10All who depend on the works of the law are cursed. For it is said: Cursed is anybody who does not keep doing everything written in the Book of the Law. 11It is apparent at this point that no one is justified before God by the law, since the righteous will live by faith. 12The law, on the other hand, is not founded on faith; rather, the one who does these things will live by them.13Christ freed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. For it is written: Everyone who is hanged on a tree is cursed. 14He rescued us so that the blessing given to Abraham would come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, and so that we may receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
